Privacy Policy
Fleetora (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides fleet booking, fuel, settlement, and driver management tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers fleet owners, drivers, and other authorized users of Fleetora, including the Android app, iOS app, and the web app at fleetora.einlogica.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: name, phone number, email address, role (owner/driver), and optional address.
- Profile and vehicle media: profile photos, vehicle photos, odometer photos, fuel receipt images, and document uploads you choose to submit.
- Operational data: bookings, trips, odometer readings, fuel entries, expenses, settlements, and related notes.
- Location data: when live tracking is enabled for a ride, approximate or precise location may be collected from the driver’s device during active trips.
- Device and push data: device tokens used to deliver notifications (for example via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Technical logs: basic server logs such as timestamps and request metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
- To provide fleet features: bookings, fuel logging, settlements, reports, and vehicle/driver management.
- To show trip location history when tracking is used during rides.
- To send operational notifications (for example booking or settlement updates).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to run the service, including:
- Within your fleet: owners and authorized users of the same fleet may see data relevant to their role (for example drivers, vehicles, bookings, and settlements).
- Service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers, and push notification providers (for example Firebase / Google).
- Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
5. Data retention
We keep account and operational records for as long as your organization uses Fleetora and as needed for legitimate business, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account as described in our Account Deletion Policy.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
7. Your choices and rights
- Update profile information in the app where available.
- Control location permissions on your device; location for tracking is used in connection with active rides when enabled by your fleet.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see below).
- Disable push notifications in device settings.
8. Children’s privacy
Fleetora is intended for business fleet use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. International processing
Data may be processed and stored on servers operated by our hosting providers. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed in the countries where we or our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Fleetora after an update means you accept the revised policy.
